Biryani Inc. is a new entrant in Gurgaon serving different types of Biryanis & more. It’s a small delivery only joint located next Cafe Red near Supermart 2 in Gurgaon.
Tried the Hyderabadi & Lucknawi Chicken Biryani. Served in a traditional handi, Lucknawi Biryani was passable while I loved the chat pata masala used to coat the rice in Hyderbadi Biryani. I missed the long grain rice in both the variants.
Veg Biryani was not cooked on dum at all. Though filled with assorted veggies, it tasted more like a vegetable pulao than a biryani recipe. The salan served alongside was bland.

Butter chicken was nice, thick & creamy. It was slightly on the sweeter side. Loved the gravy! The chicken pieces were soft but devoid of that irresistible smokey aroma which completes this recipe. May be chicken can spend some more time in the Tandoor.
Peshawari Chicken Tikka was spicy, grilled to perfection & succulent. Highly Recommended! Chicken Malai Tikka didn’t disappoint as well.
Biryani Inc. offers some lovely tikka recipes & gravies. However, Biryani needs to be improved upon starting with rice being used & the overall flavour of the Biryani. 🙂
